जिल्हा परिषद कर्मचारी ३ वर्षानंतर विनंती बदलीस पात्र ठरणार

परिचर संवर्गातून कनिष्ठ सहाय्यक पदावर पदोन्नतीत ७५ टक्के कोटा
मुंबई : जिल्हा परिषद कर्मचाऱ्यांची विनंती बदलीची 5 वर्ष सेवेची अट रद्द करुन कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या नियुक्तीनंतर ३ वर्ष कालावधी पूर्ण केल्यानंतर विनंती बदलीस पात्र ठरविण्यात येणार असल्याचे ग्रामविकास मंत्री पंकजा मुंडे यांनी सांगितले.
ग्रामविकास मंत्री पंकजा मुंडे यांच्या विधान भवनातील दालनात महाराष्ट्र राज्य जिल्हा परिषद कर्मचारी यांच्या समस्यांबाबत आयोजित बैठकीत त्या बोलत होत्या. यावेळी महाराष्ट्र राज्य जिल्हा परिषद कर्मचारी संघटनेचे अध्यक्ष बलराज मगर, उप सचिव गिरीश भालेराव, उप सचिव विजय शिंदे यांची उपस्थिती होती.
ग्रामविकास मंत्री पंकजा मुंडे म्हणाल्या की, जिल्हा परिषदांतर्गत काम करणाऱ्या परिचर संवर्गातून कनिष्ठ सहाय्यक पदावर पदोन्नतीचा कोटा वाढवून तो ७५ टक्के करण्यात येणार आहे. जिल्हा परिषद कर्मचाऱ्यांचे DCPS मधील रकमेचा हिशोब देण्याबाबत जिल्हा परिषदांना सुचना देण्यात येणार आहेत. सर्व मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकाऱ्यांना कर्मचाऱ्यांना जॉब कार्ड देण्याबद्दल सूचना देण्यात येतील. परिचर व वाहन चालक यांच्या गणेवशापोटी रक्कमेत २ हजार ऐवजी अधिक रक्कम देण्याबाबत सकारात्मक विचार करण्यात येईल असे त्यांनी सांगितले.
परिचर व वाहन चालक यांना गेल्या अनेक वर्षापासून धुलाई भत्ता ५० रुपये दिला जातो, त्यात वाढ, जिल्हा परिषद कर्मचाऱ्यांची विविध पदावरची पदोन्नती, राज्य शासकीय कर्मचाऱ्यांप्रमाणे जिल्हा परिषद कर्मचाऱ्यांना घरबांधणी व संगणक अग्रिम आदी मागण्यांबाबत सकारात्मक विचार करण्यात येणार असल्याचे मंत्री पंकजा मुंडे यांनी यावेळी सांगितले.
